Terms of Service
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ad Autopilot. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Holland Park HR Consulting LTD, which operates Ad Autopilot (“Ad Autopilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Definitions
- Service — the Ad Autopilot website, application, and related features.
- Subscription — the recurring fee you pay us to access the service.
- Ad spend — the amount Meta charges to your ad account for delivering ads.
- Connected accounts — the Facebook Page, Instagram account, and Meta ad account you authorize us to access.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. The service
Ad Autopilot creates and manages local ads from your existing social media posts. We promote eligible posts to people near your business within the budget and settings you choose, and we automatically pause ads that fall outside your guardrails. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
5. Connecting your Meta accounts
To use the service, you authorize us to access your connected accounts through Facebook Login for Business with the permissions you grant. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your settings or through Meta, but doing so may prevent the service from functioning. Your use of Meta products is also governed by Meta’s own terms and policies.
6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- Own or have the rights to the posts, media, and content you promote.
- Comply with all applicable laws and with Meta’s advertising policies and community standards.
- Not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or prohibited content.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
7. Advertising content and approvals
You are solely responsible for the content of your posts and ads. Meta independently reviews and may approve, reject, or remove ads under its policies. While our guardrails help keep spend within your budget, we cannot guarantee ad approval, delivery, ranking, or results.
8. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
We offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. After the trial, access to the service requires a paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at signup. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.
9. Ad spend is separate
Your subscription fee is separate from your advertising spend. Ad spend is charged by Meta directly to the payment method on your ad account. We never collect, hold, or control your ad budget, and you remain responsible for all amounts Meta charges to your account.
10. No guarantee of results
Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, market, audience, and Meta’s systems. We do not warrant any specific level of reach, engagement, leads, sales, or return on investment.
11. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Ad Autopilot and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.
12. Your content
You retain ownership of your posts, media, and business content. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and use that content solely to provide the service, such as building and delivering ads on your behalf.
13. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including Meta and our infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their separate terms.
14. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Autopilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ad Autopilot from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to the service and these terms
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ad Autopilot operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
